Contest Congrats!

Two good friends -- one ORWA chaptermate, and one former chaptermate -- got word this week that they've finalled in writing contests. First up is Peggy Brown, who finalled in the PNWA (Pacific Northwest Writing Association) literary contest, in the Stella Cameron Romance Genre category. She'll find out if she's won over the weekend of July 13th at the PNWA Conference. Best of luck, Peggy!

And Erin Hytrek finalled in the SFA-RWA Sharp Synopsis Contest for Contemporary Romance! Her synopsis is now being read by a top agent, and winners will be announced soon.
